As Chief Operating Officer, I bring over a decade of strategic leadership and operational expertise to the organization, including five years of experience as a Bank Manager. With a strong background in financial services, I have lead high-performing teams, streamlined business processes, and driven organizational growth with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining LVS, I served as a Bank Manager, where I oversaw branch operations, strengthened client relationships, and implemented systems that improved performance and profitability. My deep understanding of risk management, regulatory requirements, and customer engagement uniquely positioned me to lead enterprise-wide operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
